Module templates can be moved between Cyberdise installations, and training content can be exchanged with other systems. Two formats are available in both directions.
| Format | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Internal format | Moving a template between Cyberdise realms or installations with nothing lost |
| SCORM | Handing training content to an external LMS, or bringing SCORM content in |
What the internal format carries
An export in the internal format is a complete template bundle:
- the message,
- the landing pages,
- the lure,
- the attachments,
- the metadata,
and it carries every language defined on the template, not only the one you are currently editing. This is why exporting and importing is the supported way to copy a template between realms — rebuilding it by hand loses the language variants and the attachment bindings that the bundle preserves.
Exporting a template
- Open Templates → Modules and select the template.
- On the template overview, choose Export.
- Pick Export as SCORM or Export as Internal format.
The bundle is prepared and offered as a download.
Importing a template
- Open Templates → Modules and choose Import.
- Set Import format to SCORM or Internal format.
- Select the ZIP file and Submit.
The upload is limited to 600 MB. If your bundle is larger, reduce the size of the embedded media before exporting.
Review the imported template and publish it once it is ready.
Notes
- A template exported from a newer Cyberdise version may use features an older
installation does not know. Import into the same version or a newer one.
- SCORM carries training content only. A phishing message with its lure and landing
pages has no SCORM equivalent — use the internal format for those.
